Connect BidComplete to your AI assistant

Link ChatGPT or Claude to BidComplete so your assistant can browse your tenders, read assessments and drafted responses, and search your content library — all as you.

Connect

ChatGPT
Requires a ChatGPT plan that supports developer connectors.
  1. Open ChatGPT connector settings and enable Developer mode (read the risk notice shown there).
  2. In the chat composer's + menu, turn on Developer mode.
  3. Click Add sources, then Connect more.
  4. Name the connector (e.g. BidComplete) and paste the URL above.
  5. Sign in with your BidComplete account when prompted, then ask ChatGPT to use BidComplete — for example: "Show me my active tenders in BidComplete."
Claude
Requires a Claude plan that supports custom connectors.
  1. Open Claude's Add custom connector page.
  2. Name the connector (e.g. BidComplete) and paste the URL above.
  3. Sign in with your BidComplete account when Claude opens the consent screen, then approve access.
  4. Enable the connector from the chat composer, and ask Claude to use BidComplete — for example: "Summarise the latest tender in BidComplete."

Refresh after we ship changes

Assistants cache the list of tools when you first connect. After we ship an update, refresh the connector so your assistant sees the latest capabilities.

ChatGPT
  1. Open ChatGPT's app preferences and pick BidComplete under Enabled apps.
  2. Next to Information, click Refresh.
  3. If the URL changed, paste the latest URL from above.
  4. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use BidComplete again.
Claude
  1. Open the Connectors page and select BidComplete.
  2. Refresh or update the connector's tools.
  3. If the URL changed, paste the latest URL from above.
  4. Ask Claude to use BidComplete again.

What can the assistant do?

Once connected, your assistant can browse your tenders, read a specific tender with its assessment and drafted responses, and search your reusable content library — always signed in as you, so it only sees what your BidComplete account can see.
